Brownie Covered Oreos

I have always loved dipping my Oreos in a hot beverage and this is a way to get that warm, soft and creamy Oreo that I like while enjoying it wrapped in a little brownie present! It is such a delicious surprise when biting into what most people would think was just a brownie bite

Brownie Covered Oreos

Ingredients:
1 Brownie mix (or use your own brownie recipe)
1 package Oreos


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Prepare brownie batter according to package directions.  Leave in mixing bowl.  Spray a muffin or cupcake tin generously with non stick cooking spray. Place a Tbl of he brownie mix in the bottom of each cupcake tin space then dip Oreos in brownie batter then place in bottom of cupcake tins. Place another Tbl of the brownie batter on top of the Oreo Bake for 12-15 minutes, until brownies are cooked through (doesn’t take long).  As soon as you remove, take a plastic knife and run along edges, (this is VERY important so you get the cookie out with brownies not stuck to pan.) Let cool for 5 minutes, remove drizzle with melted white chocolate or sprinkle with nonpariels if you like!  Enjoy!
